- Manual onboarding for our programs through the Scale20 App
Why We Collect It - and Our Lawful Basis

How We Store and Protect Your Data
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption, password protection, and limited access controls.
We use trusted third-party service providers, including:
- Kit (formerly ConvertKit) - email communications
- Stripe, Paypal, Wise, Skool, Whop - payments
- Slack and Skool - community access
- Google Drive, Airtable, Notion, Supabase - internal member management
- Zapier, ManyChat chat automation tools - workflow automation
We retain your data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. As a guide:
- Member and transaction records: 6 years after the end of the relationship, to meet UK tax/accounting rules
- Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe or 24 months of inactivity
- Website analytics: 24 months
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Request access to the data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Object to or restrict processing
- Data portability - receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time

Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we handle your personal data, you can complain to us directly at info@creator-launch.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and respond without undue delay.
You also have the right to complain to the UK regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk. Complaining to us first does not affect your right to go to the ICO.
